By using Migraine Tracker the user (hereinafter the “user”) confirms to have read and understood these terms of use and agrees to them.
The App is intended for personal use only to track migraines and related symptoms. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use the App. Migraine Tracker is made available to the User free of charge. Some features of Migraine Tracker, however, may only be available via subscription or purchase with costs. Migraine Tracker is provided via App Stores and their associated infrastructure. The User shall use such App Stores independent from Migraine Tracker and the respective Terms of Use shall apply. The User shall not be legally entitled to use the app. Migraine Tracker may discontinue its providing an application functionality updates without stating any reasons. Owners may change Migraine Tracker: MiG app at any time without stating any reasons.
Subject to mandatory legal provisions, Migraine Tracker shall not assume any liability for direct or indirect damage caused by the use of Migraine Tracker or in connection with Migraine Tracker. In the case of violations of these terms of use and in the case of violation of rights and corresponding claims of third parties, the User shall expressly indemnify Migraine Tracker from any liability and shall be liable for damages vis-à-vis Migraine Tracker to the full extent.
Migraine Tracker may change these terms of use at any time. The User will be informed about such changes in a suitable manner. The User may discontinue the use of Migraine Tracker at any time. By continuing the use of Migraine Tracker after changes of these terms of use have been notified, the User shall expressly consent to such changes. Subject to mandatory legal provisions, the use of Migraine Tracker App shall be exclusively governed by Migraine Tracker being the exclusive place of jurisdiction.
The App does not provide medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional for medical concerns. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on data entered into the App.
We are not liable for any damages or data loss resulting from your use of the App. Your data is stored locally on your device.
"MiG PRO" is an optional paid subscription providing additional features. Payments are processed through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple account settings. All cancellations will take effect starting at the end of the current billing period. For example, if you have a monthly subscription that began on the first of the month but canceled mid-month, your cancellation will be effective as of the end of that month.
Paid subscriptions to the Migraine Tracker are auto-renewing. You will be charged the stated subscription amount for the subscription period upon completion of your registration and submission of your payment information. You hereby agree to and authorize automatic (recurring) billing, and you agree to pay the charges made to your account in connection therewith. Payments for renewal subscriptions are processed using the same billing cycle as your current subscription. Subscription fees may change at any time, to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law. Your subscription, and monthly/yearly billing of your account, will continue indefinitely until cancelled by you.
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App after changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.
